Amy Oliver has been serving clients in her practice for over 17 years. The heart of her practice is on comprehensive wealth management for individuals and families. To gain a clear understanding of an appropriate personalized investment plan, Amy and her team take into consideration estate, tax, retirement and investment planning. Amy joined the Ronald McDonald House board in 2015. In addition, she is an active volunteer at the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital. Amy received her Bachelor degree from Loyola University Chicago.
Michael has served on the Board since 2012, has been instrumental in fundraising for the golf classic and coordinating with local labor organizations for repairs to the Scott Street House. He is a seasoned financial consultant with extensive experience in managing investment portfolios for corporate and multi-employer pension plans and a frequent speaker on investment topics at various national conferences. Previously, he served as an officer in the US Navy achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Jennifer leads Global Procurement Operations at Salesforce with responsibility for supplier compliance, risk, performance management and all procurement operational functions. Previously, Jennifer worked in the public sector directing the Office of Contract Administration for the City & County of San Francisco which included public bidding and contract negotiation for large scale commodity purchases and professional services. Before joining the public sector, Jennifer worked for Gap Inc. and Levi Strauss & Co., in international growth, operations, branding, and product-focused strategy initiatives. Past volunteer and board roles include Board President for Pets Unlimited, Board Advisor for Junior Achievement San Francisco, Committee Chair/Member at the St. Francis Yacht Club and primary volunteerism at the San Francisco Zoo, Glide Memorial Church and the San Francisco SPCA.
Lisa Caswell is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, and brings dedicated expertise in the global software and hardware sectors. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lisa was CEO of eMeter Corporation, a multimillion-dollar enterprise software company and wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens, where she gained deep insight into the challenges of digitization and the implications of a changing industry landscape. Lisa served with a number of major software and hardware firms crossing enterprise and consumer sectors, including Apple, Ariba, Chordiant Software, IBM and Visioneer. When Lisa’s oldest child (now a teenager), was only 6 weeks old, Lisa spent more than a week living in an isolation room of NICU with her daughter, giving her great appreciation for all Ronald McDonald House does for our families.
Jon has over 20 years of business, technical and financial expertise and currently is a Senior Consultant for Market-Partners, Inc., a consultancy that is focused on developing and implementing revenue generation and growth strategies. He works with a wide range of businesses, from startups to billion dollar organizations in the healthcare, technology and financial services sectors. Previously, Jon co-founded Infrasoft Corporation, a global distributor of civil engineering design technology that was acquired by Bentley Systems, Inc., and was awarded a U.S. patent for a mobile location detection technology. Jon holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Lynn leads interiors in Stantec’s San Francisco office and participated in the development of the Ronald McDonald House at Mission Bay while working on the interior design for the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, UCSF Bakar Cancer Hospital and the Betty Irene Moore Women’s Hospital. Her career has focused on fostering design and improving the human experience in academic and healthcare projects throughout the US and internationally. Lynn loves the challenge of understanding the goals of a diverse group of advocates and disciplines and achieving design solutions that satisfy as many parameters as possible.

Tita Forrest has over 18 years of experience as a senior leader in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and device industries in US and global strategy, marketing and sales. She currently serves as a Senior Director for the National HealthCare Systems team at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, a top 10 global pharmaceutical company. Tita has significant experience building and launching billion dollar brands, is keenly adept at focusing on customer needs as marketing strategies and programs are created, and developing and galvanizing sustainable corporate cultures and leaders that shape them. She holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Butler University and an MBA in strategy from Pepperdine. Tita joins as a Ronald McDonald House Board Member in 2016.
Tim a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics and has many roles at UCSF: medical education and career development of trainees at various levels, and directly caring for very ill, medically complex children admitted to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital San Francisco. Born and raised in the Midwest, Tim went to undergraduate (University of Illinois) and medical school (Northwestern University) there, then Pediatric Residency, Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship and a faculty position at the University of Connecticut, where he remained for 17 years. He also did some formal training at Harvard in Medical Education. On both the East Coast and the West Coast, he has been actively promoted and rewarded for his efforts as he has trained hundreds of students, residents, fellows and faculty; he remains passionate about developing tomorrow’s doctors properly, whether in Pediatrics or not. Caring for sick children and their families is also a true privilege, his calling.
Ludo is a Managing Partner and the Director of Wealth Management for Ensemble Capital Management. He oversees the firm wealth management process and focuses on customized portfolios, retirement and tax planning as well as complex trust and estate planning. Ensemble Capital Management is an investment management firm that builds clients’ portfolios using a sophisticated and focused selection of individual stocks and bonds. Ludo loves the outdoors, discovering remote corners of the world, and spending time with his wife, their daughter and son.
