JOB TITLE: Office Manager/Guest Services Representative
REPORTS TO: Program Director
POSITION STATUS: Non-exempt
Ronald McDonald House of San Francisco (RMH) provides a home-away-from-home and caring community to critically-ill children and their families receiving treatment at San Francisco hospitals. We provide lodging and support services from two locations: 1640 Scott Street and Benioff Children’s Hospital at Mission Bay.
Our staff, volunteers and supporters stand beside these families at the most trying time in their lives. The Office Manager/GSR is required to steward our mission, consistently placing the needs of families first and ensuring excellent customer service to everyone.
This is a full time, non-exempt position at the Scott Street House and reports directly to the Program Director. The position requires a positive attitude, collaborative work, and a team-player, willing to take initiative and work with all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the House and service to our mission. Attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks is also required.
The Office Manager/GSR will provide services to families, and work with all departments to coordinate and support family services, administration and fundraising staff at the Scott Street House, including supervision of the housekeeping staff. The position manages the administrative needs of the office and provides a broad array of skilled support to the Executive Director and Program Director.
